Vacancy GA Officer

PT Sanggar Sarana Baja, a wholly owned Indonesian design and fabrication contracting company based in Jakarta and part of Tiara Marga Trakindo Group has an immediate requirement of :



General Affairs Officer
(Banten - Tangerang)

Responsibilities:


Manage daily schedule of operational vehicle.
Ensure maintenance of operational vehicles.
Manage, distribute and maintain employee needs (Safety Clothes Equipment, Locker Room etc.)
House Keeping related matters
Working together with inter-related department (HR, Maintenance, Drivers, Security, Cleaner).
Prepare documents when needed.

Requirements:


Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.

Male, maximum 35 years old.

Required skill(s): Communication, Technical Awareness, MS Office.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Applicants must be willing to work in Tangerang (Tigaraksa).

Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in General Affairs or equivalent.

Full-Time positions available.
