Madhuri on Jhalak Dikhla Jaa Season 4

Dancing diva Madhuri, settled in USA, will have her second stint on the small screen but as a judge.
She will be the star attraction as one of the celebrity judges on Jhalak Dikhla Jaa, which will go on air on December 12 on Sony TV. The show will be aired twice a week on Mondays and Tuesdays at 9:00 pm IST. Apart from Madhuri Dixit the show has model turned actress, Malaika Arora Khan and Remo D’Souza as judges.

The show has celebrities from all walks of life compete with professional dancers as partners. The show's format is has been adapted from the ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ show on BBC One in UK, which has been a huge success in over 30 countries like America, Australia, New Zealand, and Italy where it is known as ‘Dancing with the Stars’. However, the Indian version has been modified largely to appeal to Indian viewers. The performances on the show are very energetic, exuberant and full of life, considering the Bollywood influences. Though the themes and concepts of the episodes are programmed keeping this influence in mind, the show promotes dance forms like salsa, jiving, hip hop, etc. This season of the show will have the contestants perform before a live studio audience, judges and the entire viewing public to prove their mettle. The fourth season will also witness the most celebrated judges’ panel, who will add their bit of excitement to the show. The 4th season will be hosted by Mona Singh with television actor Sumeet Raghavan.

Madhuri Dixit who set aflutter many hearts with her drop dead gorgeous looks and dance moves is staging her comeback after a long hiatus. The actress took a break from B-Town as she settled into matrimony and domesticity, after her marriage to US based doctor, Shriram Madhav Nene. Madhuri tried re-entering Bollywood in 2007, with the film Aaja Nachley under the Yashraj banner which bombed at the box office.
