URGENTLY REQUIRED: INSTRUMENT ENGINEERS, DESIGNERS for PETROFAC IKPT INTERNATIONAL

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of:

 

 

I.            SENIOR INSTRUMENT ENGINEER

·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Physics Engineering or equivalent

·         At least 10 years experience for EPC Upstream / Downstream Oil & Gas project

·         Familiar with International standard ISA, API RP 14C/550/551/552/554, AGA-3/8/9, MPMS, IEC 61508/61511, NFPA 72

·         Familiar with PCS/ESD/FGS/RTU, prefer: Honeywell – Experion PKS, Field Bus Module

·         Familiar with Gas & Liquid Metering System by USM/Coriolis/Turbine, PREFER: sick-usm, Omni-FlowCom.

·         Familiar with field instrument, major for SDV/BDV/Line Break Control Valve, PSV, USM-Flaremeter/Flowmeter

·         Familiar with Smart Plant / Intools (as an Administrator & User), Instrucalc

 

II.          INSTRUMENT ENGINEER

·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Physics Engineering or equivalent

·         At least 7 years experience for EPC Upstream / Downstream Oil & Gas project (candidates with min. 4 years experience are also welcome to apply)

·         Familiar with International standard ISA, API RP 14C/550/551/552/554, NFPA 72

·         Familiar with PCS/ESD/FGS/RTU System Configuration

·         Familiar with Metering System

·         Familiar with field instrument, major for SDV/BDV/Line Break Control Valve, PSV, USM-Flaremeter/Flowmeter AND Field Bus Transmitter

·         Familiar with Smart Plant / Intools (UserS), Instrucalc

 

III.        SENIOR INSTRUMENT DESIGNER

·         Min. Senior High School or Diploma graduates

·         At least 10 years experience for EPC Upstream / Downstream Oil & Gas project (candidates with min. 4 years experience are also welcome to apply)

·         Familiar to generate ISA-Instrument Hook-up, Loop Diagram, Wiring Diagram, Cable & Cable Tray Layout + Schedule

·         Familiar to generate MTO-Instrument Baulk Material

·         Familiar with Intools to generate wiring diagram

·         Familiar with PDS 3D, Autocad 2D
