 Responsibilities
Recruiter will be responsible for setting the resource strategy for the Company,  initiating recruitment strategy to attract high

Sales Engineer


Responsibilities
     1. Monitoring the progress of  projects and ensuring customer's problem are addressed with related parties both intenal and external

    3. Maintaining contract and purchase order. This include with checking the purchase order received from customer
    4.  Establish good relations with the customer

Requirements

    Male/Female
    Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75
    Understand automotive parts and can read technical drawing.
    A minimum of one year of work experience with related field

Financial Planning & Analysis Staff


Responsibilities
Prepares financial and business related analysis and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return,  depreciation, working capital, and investments.

1.   Prepares consolidated forecasts and budgets and analyzes trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditures and other related areas.

2.       Utilizing PC and/or mainframe based systems and software; compiles and prepares reports, graphs and charts of data developed.

3.      Assists with special financial and business related studies and cooperates with other departments in preparing analyses.

4.       Assist with compilation and analysis of consolidated budgets and long range plans.

5.      Maintains and coordinates group completion of financial review templates and meetings.

7.       Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

Cost Analyst Staff


Responsibilities

    Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.
    Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost
    Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs
     Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures
    Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports
    Making estimates of new and proposed product costs
    Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
    Maintaining Cost Accounting System
    Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program
    Reconciles finished goods inventories



Requirements

    Male/Female
    Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance with minimum GPA 3.00
    Minimum of 2 solid years of Cost Accounting in a Manufacturing Environment

Maintenance Staff


Responsibilities

Maintaining mechanical and electrical equipments (installation, repairing, and preventive maintenance).

    Bachelor Degree (S1) or Associate Degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Mechatronic /Electromechanical Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75
    Minimum of 2 year of work experience with similar field in manufacturing

Engineering Design Staff

Responsibilities

    Ensure that all products are designed in accordance with customer requirements, company practice and recognized engineering standards.
    Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, dies/tools, and controls, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment.
    Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed.


Requirements

    Preferably male
    Bachelor Degree (S1) or Associate Degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering or Design Engineering
    A minimum of 2 years of work experience with related field

Engineering Casting Staff


Responsibilities

    Troubleshoot day-to-day process issues, develops solutions, monitors improvements and all exchange and in-house requirementsRespond to customer issues and lead process improvements
    Provide advice and technical support for RFQ enquirers and feasibility for casting production
    Analyze the manufacturing data and based on the observations should be able to give alternative action plan for continuous improvement program
    Communicate effectively at all levels to feedback results, issues and to resolve problems.
    Preparing production master document new products by testing new production into selected production line to determine man power and machine usage of new product as well as ensuring the quality of products and safety, health environment guideline/ procedure to be approved Production Manager
    Analyze equipment, process and procedure within production activities to meet global/legal standard on quality, safety and environment and propose capital expenditure required and propose to Production Manager.

    Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes in industrial plant: Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
    Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
