Job Description:

Besides advance in administration works, Supports all office operations by performing the entire process of procuring the equipment requirements of the job (such as office supplies, computers, desk / office chair, desk, etc.), as well as other supporting facilities or amenities (such as operational vehicles, office boys, security guards, telephone operator) with fast, accurate / quality and in accordance with the prescribed budget.
Conduct a needs assessment of the budget for the procurement and maintenance of all facilities and supporting infrastructure for office activities and then submitted to the finance and management of the company to be budgeted and approved.
Perform maintenance activities on all facilities and supporting infrastructure, and making the process of replacing the fasilities / supporting facilities damaged.
Fostering relationships with vendors and suppliers of goods and services facilities / infrastructure, office and assist in dealing with complaints on the vendor / supplier including a follow-up memorandum handling payments / invoices and contracts with related parties.
Create, run and develop work systems / procedures for procurement and maintenance of supporting facilities work.

Qualifications, Experience and

Capabilities

-  Min Diploma
-  experience in similar positions, preferably within the energy / mining / construction sector
-  Analytical ability and excellent English communication skills;
-  Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail;
-  Work as part of a team and be committed to ongoing business improvement;
-   Ability to achieve agreed deadlines.
