Gastech Engineering is  an oil & gas Consultant with onshore and offshore services in Indonesia.We are seeking Experienced persons for our current  projects to fill these positions :

1. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
• Prepare data Sheet : Cathodic Protection
• Prepare Calculation : Load List, Cable Cathodic
• Review Drawing : Lighting Layout, Grounding, Cathodic Protection Typicall Installation Detail
• Prepare MTO Electrical
• Prepare Electrical Load List Calculation, Voltage Drop Calculation, Power Study (ETAP), Single Line Diagram, Cable Sizing & Genset Sizing

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Power Engineer
• Min 3 years accumulated experiences in Electrical Engineering
• Excellent in handling oil & gas projects
• With minimum 3.0 GPA (scale 4.0)
• Proficient in English and using Professional software Team player and able to work Independently

2. PROCESS ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
• Developed HYSYS Simulation
• Prepared PFD and P&ID
• PSV Sizing and Line Sizing
• Settle Out Pressure Study
• Blowdown Study
• Safe Chart
• Design Basis and Design Criteria
• Utilities Consumption

Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering from a recognised university.
• Min 4 years accumulated experiences in Process Engineering
• Having experience in Detailed Engineering and FEED

• Excellent in handling oil & gas projects
• With minimum 3.0 GPA (scale 4.0)
• Proficient in English and using Professional software Team player and able to work Independently

3.PIPING ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
• Calculated Piping Flexibility & Stress Analysis
• Design Review of Piping Engineering : Equipment Layout, Piping Plan, Plot Plan, Isometric
• Prepare Piping Data Sheet
• Prepare Piping Specification
• Prepare Specialty Item Data Sheet
• Prepare wall Thickness Calculation
• Review Piping Material Take Ogg for Valve, Fitting
• Design of isometric Dwg
• Prepare Stress Analysis Procedure

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 3 -5 years accumulated experiences in Piping Engineering
• Excellent in handling oil & gas projects
• With minimum 3.0 GPA (scale 4.0)
• Proficient in English and using Professional software Team player and able to work Independently

Marine Technical Sales Manager

                                                                 

Main responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and monitor a sales and marketing strategy in reaching or exceeding the overall budget under Marine section of the Project Logistics Business Development.

·         Identify prospective clients and generate new business opportunities for vessel chartering, vessel and rig agencies and other marine related services under Marine section.

• Provide accurate market information to Business Development & Operations team which includes reports from meetings with existing and potential clients, news articles and websites containing relevant information to assist improve overall business plan.

• Work together with Project Logistics Senior Manager and Marine Operations Manager to ensure demands of clients are met.

 

Qualifications:

• Male

• Bachelor degree in any Engineering major; Mechanical Engineering / Marine is preferred

• Having 5 – 10 years’ experience in Marine sales/operations

• Having technical knowledge for drilling rigs and vessels

• A good team player

• Fluent in English

RIG SUPERINTENDENT

1.      Minimum graduated from Diploma (D3) engineering/vocational school of engineering (STM).

2.      Minimum 15 years experiences working as Rig Superintendent in Drilling Services or Drilling Company.

3.      Have knowledge about the SOP, JSA, LOTO, HES and Emergency Response, technical knowledge of the work over operations and work equipment.

4.      Can operate PC well. Familiar with Excel, MS Word and Power Point.

5.      Responsible and Accountable for all aspects of work over operations and HES.

6.      Must have a Certificate in Oil and Gas Drilling Control Expert III (AP III) applies.

7.      Must complete Well CAP IADC or IWCF certification within 12 months of starting.

8.      Has the experience and qualified knowledge about Rig and its parts.

9.      Has a good leadership, can work in a team and coordinate the team in any condition in the rig site.

10.  Fluent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.

11.  Hard working, honest, self-motivated, loyal, problem solver, cost conscious.

TOOL PUSHER

1.      Minimum graduated from Diploma (D3) engineering/vocational school of engineering (STM).

2.      Must have a minimum SHS at least five (5) years experience as Tool Pusher, having knowledge of the SOP, JSA, LOTO, HES and Emergency Response, technical knowledge of the work over operations and work equipment.

3.      Must have a Certificate in Oil and Gas Drilling Control Expert III (AP III) which is still valid. Certificate IADC Well CAP, equip Well CAP IADC or IWCF certification within 12 months, since starting.

4.      Fluent in English both oral and written, PC literate with good. Familiar with Excel, MS Word and Power Point.

5.      Responsible and Accountable for all aspects of work over operations and HES.

6.      Has a good leadership, can work in a team and coordinate the team in any condition in the rig site.

7.      Fluent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.

8.      Hard working, honest, self-motivated, loyal, problem solver, cost conscious.

9.      Willing to work all around Indonesia and overseas.

CHIEF ELECTRICIAN

1.      Minimum graduated from Diploma (D3) electrical engineer/vocational school of engineering (STM).

2.      Has at least five (5) years experience of repairing Rig electrical and electronic components and familiar with all the equipment located at the rig and all aspects of HES.

3.      Able to maintain and troubleshoot Rig SCR system.

4.      Fluent in English both oral and written, PC literate with good. Familiar with Excel, MS Word and Power Point.

5.      Has a good leadership, can work in a team and coordinate the team in any condition in the rig site.

6.      Fluent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.

7.      Hard working, honest, self-motivated, loyal, problem solver, cost conscious.

8.      Willing to work all around Indonesia and overseas.
