7. DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

• Demonstrated project experience either within the O&G, Mining and/or Construction industries.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills / ability to work in a team environment.


Responsibility:
• Ensures that project documentation is properly set-up (document register, workflow definition, and assign tasks) in the system.
• Ensures there is a document distribution matrix and that the documents are sent to the contractor, internal entity or third party.
• Ensure that documents have all the authorization showing that they have been checked, that they are then issued to the appropriate person at the organization.
• Track all documents (and that may well include drawings, calculations etc.) on an engineering project.
