RCM Project Manager :
a. Shall hold a bachelor or master degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering (higher degree will be an advantage).
b. Have a minimum of 6 (six) years experience in managing RCM program in the oil and gas industry.
c. Highly knowledgeable in Hazard Identification Analysis.
d. Have extensive training in RCM/SIL technologies and preferably be certified in RCM/SIL facilitation.
e. He or she will lead the team and maintain good working relationships with all concerned parties.
RCM Engineer :
a. Shall hold a bachelor or master degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering.
b. Have a minimum of 5 (five) years experiences in oil and gas industry.
c. He or she should be highly knowledgeable in Criticality Analysis - Analysis of PM, repair history, production data and business data to identify critical equipment.
d. Have experiences in Failure Mode & Effect Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Cause & Effect analysis, diagrams, flow charting, leading team meetings, maintenance and operations personnel interviews.
Process Engineer :
a. Shall hold a bachelor or master degree in Chemical Engineering.
b. Shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years experiences in oil and gas industry.
c. Shall have experience in oil and gas Production Facilities.
d. He or she should be highly knowledgeable in Hazard Identification Analysis, familiar with all applicable codes in the oil and gas industry, have extensive training in various petroleum and gas production facilities and processing.
Rotating Equipment Maintenance Engineer :
a. Shall hold a bachelor or master degree in Mechanical Engineering.
b. Shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years relevant experience in oil and gas industry, especially in rotating equipment maintenance.
c. He or she should be familiar with all applicable codes in the oil and gas industry and have extensive training in rotating equipment.
Control/Instrument Maintenance Engineer :
a. Shall hold a bachelor degree in Instrument Engineering.
b. Shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years experiences in oil and gas industry.
c. He or she should be familiar with all applicable codes in the oil and gas industry and have extensive training in various instrument and control systems.
Health, Safety and Environment Specialist/Engineer :
a. Shall hold at least a bachelor degree in Engineering.
b. Shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years experience in the set up, implementation and monitoring of the HSE system for oil and gas facilities.
c. Shall have knowledge in identifying hazards, analyzing and defining actions in order to minimize the hazards.
Electrical Maintenance Engineer :
a. Shall hold a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
b. Shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years experiences in oil and gas industry.
c. He or she should be familiar with all applicable codes in the oil and gas industry, and have extensive training in various electrical systems.

SENIOR MATERIAL ANALYST / CATALOGUER
MAIN TASK:
- To collect Spare Parts Interchangeability Lists (SPILs) provided by EPC and Vendors to populate spare parts and consumables in the Inventory database, as per SPILs
- To search and populate missing technical characteristics, using Vendor documentation and Vendor"s web sites
- To identify duplicate parts if any
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidate must have at least 5 – 10 years" experience in the in Oil & Gas sector.
- Candidate must be fluent in both verbal and written Bahasa and English.
- Experience on Maintenance & reliability improvement projects is an advantage
